Monika Celińska uses her experience in linocut, drypoint and screen printing in digital graphics. She searches for inspiration in many fields, like music, film or photography. Because of this her art is characterized by sharp lines, strongly defined outlines of figures and objects. But sometimes she prefers a deep field of depth characteristic to classical oil paintings. Gustav Klimt is a painter who has had a major influence on her artwork, thanks to whom she readily uses gold in them. But she’s not one to be restricted and always tries to expand her horizons.
